Project Overview

The SysteMHC Atlas is a public data repository dedicated to collecting, organizing, analyzing and sharing immunopeptidomics datasets generated by mass spectrometry. In addition to a computational pipeline, the atlas includes mass spectrometric raw files, identifications of MHC class I and class II immunopeptidome and various high-quality spectral libraries for data mining and future immunopeptidomic and proteomic analysis. The Atlas is linked to the PRIDE proteomics identification database, the MassIVE database, the iProX database, the jPOST database , the Immune Epitope Database (IEDB), and the Motif Atlas. The SysteMHC computational infrastructure and website will be continuously upgraded toward a community-driven global mapping of MHC immunopeptidomes. Achieving the vision of a baseline immunopeptidome will facilitate the navigation of robust quantitative digital maps of immunopeptidomes in the future to support the consistent measurement of immunopeptidomic sample cohorts.
